Neighborhood atelier to clay and meet.
A ceramic atelier in an empty supermarket in an Amsterdam expansion district. A collective of artists with and without refugee background and people from the neighborhood. An in-between-space for people to test their ability to work together, crossing borders, in areas of art and beyond. A place of inspiration where we exhibit, meet up and just play.
I started the atelier with Ahmed Helaly and ran the place for two years, find fundings and common grounds for workshops and shared art projects.
